This notice explains what happens to your information when you use AI Sharan, the voice mentor that comes with Scaling With Purpose. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
Who we are
AI Sharan is run by Sharan Aggarwal and Dynastic Dimensions LLP, Mumbai, India ("we"). We decide how your information is used and are responsible for it.
Your call is not recorded
Your voice conversation is processed live so AI Sharan can reply, and then it's gone. No audio or transcript is stored by us or by the service providers. Sharan cannot listen to or read your call. At the end of the call your browser offers you a transcript; it stays only on your device. You can choose to share it with Sharan, for example when you book a workshop or one-to-one session.
What we keep, and why
- Contact details: your name, email, WhatsApp number and city, to verify you, send your access code, prevent misuse of the free call, and contact you about the book, AI Sharan and paid sessions.
- Business details: business name, what it does, your stage and fundraising plans, so we understand the founders we serve and can follow up usefully.
- Call usage: when you started a call, so each reader gets one free call.
The problem you describe before the call is passed to AI Sharan for that call only. We do not store it.
On your device, the page keeps only your first name, email and WhatsApp number so you can return to the call screen. Nothing about your business or your problem is saved there.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run the service: ElevenLabs (voice and conversation, with zero retention switched on), the AI model provider ElevenLabs connects to for replies, Google (our secure records and access-code emails) and Cloudflare (this website and paid memberships). Some of them process data outside India. We don't sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Contact, business and call-usage details are deleted automatically after 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email aggarwal.sharan@gmail.com with the subject "AI Sharan privacy request". We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Age and advice
AI Sharan is for people aged 18 and over. It shares general frameworks from the book and is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
